All items will be refunded if returned within the stated time-frame and as long as they are unused, unopened and have not been removed from the original packaging. For reasons of health and hygiene, we are unable to accept returns on brushes, lip products and mascara. We cannot accept cosmetics which have been opened, tested or partially used.
